The room was individual, the staff were extremely cordial! The staff did all they can for a nice stay. Hotel was neat. Cosy place with great service too. Great stay in this commercial area.

Top location, I loved very polite staff and welcoming rooms. The breakfast had lots of nice options, and was hot. Awesome view, a good balcony, fine bed, too. Fairly clean hotel and fantastic service...

hotel is pet-friendly, so great location, friendly staff. we were in a suite with cable channels, a coffee machine and a seating area. we appreciated the fact that it was not far from restaurants and cafes. reasonable base for exploring vernon.
Our bed was very uncomfortable.
